WASHINGTON, March 25 /U.S. Newswire/ -- An independent review of the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) efforts to implement its 2020 Management Reform Plan was issued today and said HUD has made significant progress towards achieving the many management reforms that are critical to making the Department function effectively.
