WASHINGTON, June 25 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Citizens for a Sound Economy praised House Speaker Newt Gingrich today for his efforts to reduce the capital gains tax rate. The comments were written by Matt Kibbe, executive director of Citizens for a Sound Economy in a letter addressed to Gingrich.
