TUSTIN, Calif., Feb. 13 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The USFN, a national
non-profit association of mortgage banking attorneys and trustees,
has purchased the rights to the National Mortgage Servicer's
Reference Directory from Vernon Enterprises.
The Reference Directory, currently in its 18th year of
publication, is a comprehensive resource for mortgage companies on a
variety of servicing-related issues. Chapters in the publication
include information on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and VA
procedures and fees, state digests of relevant foreclosure laws and
regulations, state summaries of foreclosure procedures, an overview
of federal bankruptcy law, and various other sections on areas such
