WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 /U.S. Newswire/ -- For the first time since the Depression, American workers may be allowed to compete with federal prisoners for the right to manufacture goods for the Department of Defense. Current law forces DoD to purchase needed products from the Federal Prison Industries.
