President Clinton will travel to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and
New York, New York on Thursday, Feb. 24.
In Philadelphia, the President will give an economic address at
the University of Pennsylvania. Later in the evening, President
Clinton will make remarks at two Democratic National Committee (DNC)
receptions in Manhattan, New York.
Due to space limitations, some events will be covered by a press
