To strengthen the political voice of Americans with mental illnesses, the National Mental Health Association's Voter Empowerment Project on June 7 will train advocates from 19 states to register people with mental illnesses to vote and become a political force in their communities.

NMHA's Voter Empowerment Project ensures that people with mental illnesses are full participants in the electoral process.
