Americans love to eat out, and are not shy about asking for food
to be prepared the way they want. As the restaurant industry is the
industry of choice, restaurants are listening to customer wants and
needs, and offering an array of foods in a wide variety of portion
sizes, according to a new study by the National Restaurant
Association.
