Article: World War II Memorial Groundbreaking Praised By American Legion Commander

WASHINGTON, Nov. 10 /U.S. Newswire/ -- American Legion National Commander Ray G. Smith, a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War, today issued the following statement in regard to the groundbreaking of the National World War II Memorial at the Rainbow Pool site on The Mall.
