There will be no return trip to the state boys soccer championship game for Hurricane High this season.

After finishing as state runner-up to George Washington in last year's championship match, the Redskins made an early exit from postseason play with a 2-0 loss to Huntington in Class AAA Region 4, Section 2 play on Tuesday night.

"We're obviously disappointed," Hurricane Coach Jim Dagostine said. "We're in arguably the toughest sectional in the state. We have five losses this season and Huntington gave us two of them.

"You have to give them (Huntington) credit. We just haven't had an answer for them."
