- The West Virginia Roundtable, a private, nonprofit association, has elected officers for 1999. They are: Gary White of International Industries Inc., Gilbert, chairman; Paul Arbogast of Ernst & Young LLP, Charleston, chairman-elect/treasurer; Dennis Bone, Bell Atlantic-West Virginia Inc., Charleston, vice chairman; and J. Thomas Jones, Saint Mary's Hospital, Huntington, secretary. Ralph Bean Jr. of Steptoe & Johnson, Fairmont, is the immediate past chairman.
