There is no comparison in experience between West Chester
University's Dick DeLaney and the University of Charleston's Jayson
Gee.
A long-time Division II assistant, DeLaney has led the Golden
Rams
for the last 12 seasons, compiling a 207-121 record. He is the first
West Chester basketball coach to reach 200 wins.
Gee, 33, is UC's third-year coach. He has accumulated a 63-26
record with the Golden Eagles.
Yet they share a quest that only one can fulfill when they face
each other in a first-round game at the NCAA Division II East
Region.
Both are looking for their first Division II Tournament wins.
