Article: Molds that make us sneeze

JEFF Wymer's allergies are nothing to sneeze at. Wymer is a first- time allergy sufferer.

"It started in April," the Putnam County resident said. "For a long time, I thought it was just a cold, or maybe a sinus infection. But when it didn't go away, my doctor concluded that I had developed an allergy to dust and pollen and possibly mold spores in the air. It has pretty much settled in my chest, so I cough a lot."

Kevin Ball, meanwhile, has been sneezing at one thing or another for most of his adult life.

"I've had allergies since I was 12 years old," he said. "I'm just about bothered with something all year long."
