Due to President Bush's stance on funding for family planning, we
would appreciate readers' assistance in helping to ensure continued
funds for family planning education in West Virginia. Studies show
that last year, one of every three births in the state was to unwed
mothers, substantially higher than other years and the national
average.
One possible source of funding for continued family planning is
the resources the state will use for further support of additional
