It was not as if Jonathan Clark was originally some modern-day
version of Napoleon or Alexander the Great. No, it took convincing
from others that he should go forth and conquer other territories.
Like the Mountain State - and its West Virginia Open.
"It would mean a lot to me," the 27-year-old Clark said Tuesday.
A native of Pennsylvania, Clark began this morning's final 18
holes of the 68th West Virginia Open with a two-stroke lead at
Charleston's Berry Hills Country Club.
