Like Chris Coles, Mark Wahlberg's character in "Rock Star," I
also dream of being on stage with my favorite band.
Coles is the lead singer of Blood Pollution, a 1980s Pittsburgh
tribute band for Steel Dragon, one of heavy metal's biggest groups.
He and his buddies have every nuance of their heroes' looks and
performances down.
But when he's booted from the band for taking the act a little
too seriously, he ends up getting the call. Soon, he is the new
singer of Steel Dragon. And, of course, the whirlwind party
lifestyle of a rock star takes its toll on Coles, his girlfriend/
manager Emily (Jennifer Aniston) and their ...
