DALLAS - Brett Hull took two third-period shots, and they were
all he needed to join his father as one of the NHL's most prolific
goal scorers.
Hull scored his 600th and 601st goals in Dallas' 5-4 victory over
Anaheim on Friday night to become the 12th NHL player to reach the
milestone.
Hull, set up in the high slot on a power play, took a pass from
Kirk Muller and fired a one-timer past goalie Guy Hebert to tie it
at 4 with 13:24 left in the third period. Hull added the winning
goal 2:13 later, connecting from the left circle.
"It's quite a milestone," Hull said. "I've always been a goal
