EVERY decade gets the T-shirt it deserves. For the Eighties it was the one which asked: "Who Shot JR?". Ten years on, with the Nineties just beginning and Dallas staggering into its final season, American TV threw up another conundrum and another T-shirt, this time a darker one for an age in which child abuse, satanism, drugs and pornography were to loom large in the public consciousness. That question was: Who Killed Laura Palmer?
