EXCLUSIVE A LEAKED report from the National Criminal Intelligence
Service reveals that Britain is facing its worst-ever threat from
national and international organised crime.
Details of the NCIS annual report, to be unveiled tomorrow at a
press conference in London, also show that Britain's most senior
intelligence gatherers believe organised crime is touching the life
of every citizen in Britain. Whether it is credit card fraud
organised in the Far East or heroin filtering into every UK town and
city from Turkish-Balkan drug gangs, NCIS believes organised crime is
affecting "every local community throughout the UK".
