It's not exactly a floating dining room, but the Catalina 375
sailboat has plenty of the trappings.

"One of the things that Catalinas are famous for is they have
very large cockpits, knowing that people are going to spend most of
their time outside in the cockpit when they're sailing or sitting on
a mooring," said Peter Galvin, a broker at Eastern Yacht Sales Inc.
at 335 Lincoln St. (Route 3A) in Hingham, where the new-for-2008
Catalina 375 can be purchased for $200,000.
"Most people actually dine outside, not inside, so having a large
cockpit for you and your friends is important and the Catalina has
always had that."
