THE family trust of Lord Palumbo, the developer and former Arts Council chairman, is hoping for a pounds 100m property windfall from the sale of two City office blocks.

Palumbo is seeking to exploit a thriving central London market in a move that will largely sever the family's long-standing ties with the Square Mile and present investors with potentially one of the most enticing City development opportunities this decade.
