Celtic's Hoopy the Hound could join forces with Mickey Mouse
after the club revealed it has held talks with Disney over a
#3million training deal.
The team is currently training at the Disney Wide World of Sports
complex in Florida and the entertainment giants have discussed the
possibility of a long-term contract for Celtic to train there twice
a year.
The deal would give Celtic free use of the 200-acre facility for
pre-season and winter training for the next 10 years in return for
playing friendlies in Disney's football stadium.
Disney want to attract UK and Irish fans to Florida to watch the
team play glamour games they hope would also appeal to the club's
thousands of North American ...
