My 12-year-old son has received a Glasgow Young Scot Card. Can
you tell me what this entitles him to? I am pleased about the free
swimming initiative but it is expensive for us all to get there on
the bus.
The card gives young people access to the city, breaking down
barriers that prevent them from achieving many things due to a lack
of means or information about the services the council provides.
It aims to join up our services so young people can undertake
more activities.
After many consultations with young people from all over Glasgow,
we are aware that good, reliable, cheap transport is a top priority.
