Article: Liz inspired by brave Katrina to tackle run

IF you took part in the 5K Runher in June you won't forget the brave sight of 22-year-old Katrina Black crossing the finish line.

What made Katrina's achievement so special was that she is no ordinary 22-year-old - at the age of 11 she was diagnosed with leukemia and still suffers many difficulties since her operation.

She was helped around the 5K course by the CLIC Sargent staff, who aid people with cancer and have supported her throughout her illness.

This time around Liz Osborne, CLIC Sargent services manager for Northern Ireland, will be leading by example on Sunday when she steps out the 8K Runher.
