Mayor Darwin Hindman and councilmen Chris Janku of the Second
Ward and John Coffman of the Sixth Ward would not be going to visit
sister city Matto City, Japan, as planned.
Matto City Mayor Kumeo Hosokawa had visited Columbia and invited
the Columbians to come to Japan. In addition, the mayor's wife, Axie
