Article: INTEGRA SELLING 3 MORE BRANCHES

Integra Bank Corp. is selling three of its Kentucky branches to a Kentucky bank.

The branches are in Georgetown and Lexington. Peoples Exchange Bank, headquartered in Beattyville, Ky., is buying them.

The transaction is still subject to the approval of regulators and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2009. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
