Brewers have pluck
The Brewers haven't even begun negotiations with players like CC
or Prince, but the team has signed its feathered mascot to a two-
year contract, securing the future of the Brakebush Chicken Dance at
Miller Park.
The Brewers recently signed Brakebush Chicken to a two-year
extension as the "Official Chicken of the Milwaukee Brewers." Based
in Westfield, the company produces frozen prepared chicken products
such as chicken nuggets, strips, tenders, patties and fry sticks.
"We are proud to keep a family-owned, Wisconsin-based company on
our team," said Tom Hecht, vice president of corporate marketing for
the Brewers.
