The following review is by a reader who was given a cookbook from
this newspaper. The included recipes were selected and prepared by
the reader.
Cheesecake, anyone? While the simple answer may be "yes," the
difficult part is choosing which one. With 50 different cheesecakes
to choose from, many served in Junior's restaurant in New York, it
may take a while to choose.
It's not like I've never stepped in the kitchen before, but the
idea of me making cheesecake is just out of this world. Usually, I
bake simple recipes like chocolate chip cookies or cakes from a mix.
