It's a horrible job, not for the squeamish, yet somebody has to do it.

Keith and Angelia Howze of St. Albans are ready and willing to tackle the terrible: crime scene cleanups.

The couple has started SteriScene, a business specializing in the cleanup and decontamination of locations involving homicides, suicides and unattended deaths.

Their day jobs dovetail with their new venture. Keith works for Bayer CropScience and is a certified hazardous waste materials handler, and Angelia is a pathologist technician with the state Medical Examiner's Office.
