The Oklahoma Blood Institute has broken ground on a new $12
million donor center and administrative headquarters building on the
northwest corner of NE Eighth Street and N. Lincoln Boulevard in
Oklahoma City.
The three-story, 47,493-square-foot building owned by the
Oklahoma Blood Institute will include a 2,500-square-foot conference
center and 20,000 square feet available for lease. Construction is
expected to be completed in late 2009.
