THE National Association of Estate Agents has called on the Government to suspend stamp duty in a bid to kickstart the beleaguered property market.

NAEA chief Chris Wood urged a freeze as part of the Pre-Budget Report. Mr Wood said the move would help thousands of first-time buyers.
