Right about now most of us are in the midst of planning our
Thanksgiving menus and organizing what to cook when so that the day
can be as stress-free as possible. With all the effort that we'll be
putting into this one special meal, it's nice to know that cheese
has a very high satisfaction-to-effort ratio and will be appreciated
by everyone.
In my younger days, holiday cheeses consisted of nut-coated
cheeseballs and port wine-marbled spreads. Today, we have such a
beautiful variety available to us, and all that is required is
unwrapping and arranging them on a board or platter and adding a few
dried fruits and nuts.
Exactly what to choose depends on your own personal likes and
dislikes, but ...
