Article: The Cheese Course: Give thanks with cheese this year

Right about now most of us are in the midst of planning our Thanksgiving menus and organizing what to cook when so that the day can be as stress-free as possible. With all the effort that we'll be putting into this one special meal, it's nice to know that cheese has a very high satisfaction-to-effort ratio and will be appreciated by everyone.

In my younger days, holiday cheeses consisted of nut-coated cheeseballs and port wine-marbled spreads. Today, we have such a beautiful variety available to us, and all that is required is unwrapping and arranging them on a board or platter and adding a few dried fruits and nuts.
