James Ash Jr.
ATLANTA - James A. Ash Jr., of Surprise, Ariz., died at 4:55 p.m.
Friday (Nov. 7, 2008) in Arizona.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Quiram-
Peasley Funeral Home, Atlanta, with inurnment in Atlanta Cemetery
with full military rites. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Wednesday
until the time of service. Memorial gifts may be made to Atlanta
Public Library, Atlanta Fire Department, Atlanta Rescue Squad or to
the American Cancer Society.
James Albert Ash Jr. was born July 19, 1930, in Lincoln, the son
of James Albert Sr. and Dorothy Hammitt Ash. He married Lora Sparks
on April 4, 1953. She survives.
