Article: Pi Beta Phi sisters gear up for fundraiser

While attending college at different times and at different universities, two Vandalia women made decisions that would end up bonding them as "sisters" for years to follow -- they each joined a local chapter of the Pi Beta Phi sorority on their respective campuses.

"I think most of us that choose sororities do so for social reasons initially," said Cathy Hackett, a graduate of Dennison University and now a member of the Dayton area Pi Beta Phi Alumni Club. "I didn't really think I considered that I would continue as a Pi Phi after college."
