A majestic country house in Lincolnshire which was once home to
the man who condemned Mary Queen of Scots to death is up for sale.
A price tag of pounds1.3m has been slapped on Glentworth Hall,
near Gainsborough, just five years after it sold at auction for
pounds610,000.
The buyer will get a house with seven bedroom suites, an entrance
hall, drawing room, dining room, sitting room, office, games room,
kitchen and cloakroom.
The owner will also be in possession of an estimated 5.37 acres
of land.
