Article: Harriers clinch league success

Cheltenham and County Harriers senior men claimed victory in the second fixture of the Gloucestershire Cross-Country League.

With their first six runners in the top 33 for a score of 90 points, the Harriers finished 63 points ahead of league leaders Clevedon and closed the gap to 41 points as they remained in second place overall.

Jeremy Bradley made a welcome return to the team after injury and started cautiously before moving through the field to finish in fourth place.

The battle to lead the team home was a close affair, with Bradley overtaking Peter Holmes and Seb Foy on the third and final lap.
