Nile's Bakery in St Austell and Purdys Bakery in Liskeard have joined 48 other members in making and selling authentic Cornish pasties.

The Cornish Pasty Association was formed in 2002 by a group of pasty-makers to safeguard the heritage of the Cornish pasty and ensure bakers produce a genuine product.
