The Radford University Highlanders hosted Hargrave Military
Academy before a large crowd at Bobcat Stadium in football action.

Hold your letters to the editor, those of you who believe there
is no football at Radford. There is.
The university's first club football team wrapped up its season
recently, but not before hosting Hargrave's postgraduate squad at
Radford High School.
A large crowd of students, faculty and assorted others came out
to take a look at the team. The 58-0 loss to Hargrave was the next-
to-last outing in an 0-6 season.
Given all that had to be overcome and the traditional struggles
