Roundup: Overseas audience praise Beijing Paralympics

BEIJING, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- Overseas audience of China Radio International have expressed their acclamations to the just- concluded 2008 Beijing Paralympics.

Manuel Nogueira, from Brazil, said the splendid opening ceremony promotes humanity, dialogue with and thinking about life and reflects the dignity and value of life.

A French netizen known as Ruiz was deeply touched by the opening ceremony when a blind torch carrier walked with firm steps led by a seeing eye dog and when a girl who lost her left leg in the devastating May 12 earthquake performed ballet on wheelchair.
