Rival Cypriot leaders make progress in talks: top UN envoy

NICOSIA, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- Greek and Turkish Cypriot leaders have made good progress on judiciary issues during their reunification talks, the top UN envoy to Cyprus said Thursday.

"They had a discussion today predominantly about the judiciary and they made good progress on this issue," Alexander Downer, the former Australian foreign minister, told reporters as he summed up the outcome of the latest meeting between the two leaders.
