Lebanese president begins visit to Iran

BEIRUT, Nov. 24 (Xinhua) -- Lebanese President Michel Suleiman left Monday morning for Tehran where he was received at the airport by Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, local Naharnet website reported.

During the two-day official visit, the Lebanese president will meet top Iranian officials for discussions on bilateral relations in the political, economic and military domains, said the report.
