Tall, leafy trees frame the 3,300-square-foot Dutch Colonial
Revival at 105 Garden Hill Drive, one of seven homes showcased on
the Redlands YMCA's annual holiday home tour, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday, Dec. 7.
Tickets are $25 in advance, or $30 at the door, and are available
at the Redlands Family YMCA, 500 E. Citrus Ave.
Patron packages, which offer VIP access to the homes and a
champagne brunch at Redlands Country Club, 1749 Garden St.,are $60.
Proceeds from the home tour benefit the Y Alliance's Legal Aid
program for low-income residents in the area.
Matt and Jennifer Litchfield, who moved to the house three years
