Mark Hewitt has taken over as West Hull coach after the
resignation of Craig Murdock for personal reasons.
Dave Cooper has been appointed as Hewitt's assistant and the duo
will make their coaching bows at Leigh Miners Rangers, the current
Minor Premiers.
Miners are currently joint top of the table alongside Siddal so
it is a real tough place to go and get a result.
Hewitt will delay naming his side until just before the kick off.
"We didn't get asked until the middle of the week so we have had
very little time to get prepared," said Hewitt.
"I'm certainly happy to have taken the position and we couldn't
have had a harder start than the massive game at Leigh Miners.
