Steve Williams has lifted the lid on how his boss Tiger Woods hates Phil Mickelson. Greg Ford reports. -------------------- TIGER WOODS' Kiwi caddie doubts his superstar boss will mind him calling his fierce rival Phil Mickelson a "prick".
