Article: Sun Life building in downtown Baltimore sold in $9.2M deal

In the year's first sale of a downtown Baltimore commercial office property, White Marsh-based CSG Partners has purchased 20 S. Charles St., a 12-story building in the heart of the central business district, for $9.2 million.

Also known as the Sun Life Building, the 170,000-square-foot office tower, including 170 spaces of parking, was built in the 1960s as part of the Charles Center urban renewal plan and was occupied by Sun Life Insurance Co. for two decades.
