David Scott Cameron, October 22, 1949-December 10, 2008, was the
son of Anson W. and Jean G. Cameron. Dave is predeceased by his
parents and nephew Justin. He is survived by his daughter Sloane,
sister Dee S. (Don) Forry of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; brother Andrew
W. (Lisa) Cameron of Soldier's Grove, Wisconsin; and brother Michael
W. (Christine) Cameron of Reno, Nevada. He leaves in mourning Wanda
Dews, Rick Thallman, Richard Adelman, Vashti Jude Forbes and a host
of friends and family.
