The U.S. Postal Service's decision to return mail operations --
relocated to Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport after Hurricane

mean additional Federal Express flights for the facility.
Larry Johnson, Armstrong's commercial developments manager, said
USPS' announcement to return cargo mail service to Armstrong will
result in additional flights by FedEx, which moves portions of the
agency's mail.
