Under the directions of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Bin
Nahyan, UAE President, to develop Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed
Residential City in Cairo, on a site of 2.2 million sq metres of
land, Abu Dhabi Municipality signed a Memorandum of Understanding
(MoU) with Emaar Misr for Development S.A.E, the wholly owned
subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC. As per the MoU, Emaar Misr will
manage the project development and also undertake the management of
the City after completion.
The MoU was signed in Abu Dhabi, today, by Mr Juma Mubarak Al-
Junaibi, General Manager, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and Mr Mohamed Ali
