Article: Better late... ; Conservative South West MEP Neil Parish seems to be telling us (November 28) that after five years in the European Parliament, he now acknowledges that the European Union cannot be reformed from within - at least not by the Brits, and especially not as regards the Common Agricultural Policy.

Conservative South West MEP Neil Parish seems to be telling us
(November 28) that after five years in the European Parliament, he
now acknowledges that the European Union cannot be reformed from
within - at least not by the Brits, and especially not as regards
the Common Agricultural Policy.
Why did it take him five years to reach that conclusion, and will
he now endeavour to get David Cameron to take this point on ...
