Area NYSCAR chapter hands out awards

The Rochester chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors recently honored its 2008 officers for their service as well as local Realtors.

The chapter's 2008 President's Dinner and Awards Banquet, held Nov. 20, honored Joseph F. Rowley Jr. and Harry A. Gleason of CB Richard Ellis with the "Commercial Deal of the Year" award in recognition of a complex lease transaction as the landlord's representative involving the Empire Beef property in Monroe County. The deal involved a more than 170,000-sq. ft. high bay frozen warehouse with a four-year lease, valued at about $5.4 million dollars.
