RACHEAL STUART of Deerfield and Berlin, senior program director
at the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation in Concord, has been
added to the Community Development Finance Authority's Board of
Directors. She will serve a three-year term. Since 1998, she has
held various leadership positions at the foundation.
STEVEN SAWYER of Concord, a Realtor with Exit 1st Realty of
Concord, received the 2008 Business Person of the Year Award by both
the Central New Hampshire Local and State Chapters of the Women's
Council of Realtors. This award recognizes a member who shares his/
her time, talent and expertise with others in the profession and in
